An independent read on your client’s business
Clarity Intelligence assesses an owner-managed business across finance, commercial, operations and people, and produces a report the owner can act on. It is a structured diagnostic, priced as a product, and the owner completes it themselves.
For you, it turns a hunch into something written down. It also tends to surface the conversations you were already trying to have — and it names your profession when they are yours to have.

Where we fit
Accountants
You can see the client has issues beyond the numbers, but a structured review of the business is not what you are engaged for — and raising it without evidence is an awkward conversation to have alone.
Solicitors
The contracts are fine. The business behind them is the question, and that is not something a legal review is going to surface.
Corporate-finance advisers
You would rather know what a business looks like before you take it to market. An independent read gives you that without spending your own time on it.
Two assessments
What your client would be buying
Business Health
A general read on the business across the four pillars. The report names the kinds of adviser a finding points at — accountant, solicitor, tax, insurance — and recommends no service of ours at all. It is deliberately neutral, and it is the one to introduce when you simply want the client to see their own business clearly.
Exit Readiness
The same diagnostic through a transaction lens: what a buyer will test, what may cost value in a deal, and what evidence to prepare. It names the professional conversations first. Where the size and timetable of the transaction genuinely warrant it, it may also raise deeper preparation work from our advisory practice — as something to discuss, never as a purchase, and often it raises nothing at all.
The arrangement
How it works
- You introduce the client, or simply pass on our details — whichever suits the relationship
- They complete the assessment themselves; we score it against a consistent rules-based methodology, with assumptions and scope stated
- They receive a professional report: what we found, what it means, and which conversations may be worth having
- Where the report points at legal, tax or accounting work, it says so — and that work is yours
- If the client consents, and only then, we can share the findings that touch your scope with you
- The relationship stays yours. We are not looking to take it
Talk to us about introducing a client
We would rather have one conversation about how this works than send you a partner pack. Book twenty minutes, or email us and say you are an adviser — we will treat it accordingly.
There is no partner portal and no referral tracking system. We do this by conversation, and any arrangement is agreed in writing beforehand.
